Another deranged Lie from Mr Malky here , Scotland has ran a £14.8bn deficit in its spending for the past 2 years alone (spending £14.8bn more in Scotland than we raise in taxes in Scotland) this money is needed to pay for Welfare, education, NHS, Pensions , Social support etc  and IS being provided by the fiscal transfer from Westminster to Scotland , if it wasn't Scotland would have had to make cuts to the tune of £14.8bn annually 2 years ago (3 times amount of Tory Austerity in Scotland.
